Which of the 'PO' postcodes house prices have increased the most?

We often hear about house prices on a national scale, but what about closer to home?

As part of my next article for the local property paper (due out this Thursday) I took a look at the performance of the different postcode areas in the mainland PO area.

I think it's quite interesting to see both the map of the area and how differing parts have performed over the last one to five years.

Over the longer term the core Chichester postcode (PO19) has provided the highest increase in property values, underlining its enduring popularity and safe destination as a long term property investment.
