Having previously sold for £215,950 in June 2009 and with its neighbour selling for £225,000 in March 2012, I can't help but think £270,000 is a bit of a jump in price. It's been on the market for 10 weeks now and yet the price hasn't budged, so for me it would only feel right if some money were negotiated off of the asking price.
