BUY-TO-LET DEAL OF THE WEEK: 3 bed house in Fishbourne, £259,950, 4.6% yield

It's back to Fishbourne for this weeks 'buy-to-let deal of the week'.

This three-bedroom end of terrace house is larger on the inside than it appears from the outside. It has a good size kitchen-diner and separate lounge, two double bedrooms (one with an en-suite) and a large single bedroom.

A detached house with a driveway and garage that has the same floorplan as this house was recently listed on the same street for £290,000. Considering this would only rent for around £50-£100 less than the detached house, this makes the better buy-to-let purchase so far as yield goes.

This good sized family home should rent for around £1,000pcm, resulting in a rental yield of 4.6%. Interestingly, there are currently no three bedroom houses available to rent in Fishbourne, so I suspect this would be a popular property amongst prospective tenants.
