Does your letting agent go the extra mile?



Whilst most letting agents focus on full page adverts in the local press and some slick promotional brochures to gain your interest, does that really offer good value to you as a landlord?

CRJ Lettings chooses to do things a little differently. We aim to keep you informed about the local market and how different types of properties in different areas are performing. This information can help you get the best results from your property investment. Doesn’t that sound more inviting?

I’m happy to give some impartial advice when you start to think about your next (or very first) investment property but are unsure what to look for amongst the “perfect buy-to-let properties” other agents are recommending (that just happen to be in their sales windows at the time).

CRJ Lettings specialise in residential lettings. I’ve invested in properties myself and am not affiliated with any particular estate agency, so I can help you buy the right property in the right area for you.

I can take the time to discuss the different options available in regards to financing, whilst you can throw around a few ideas as to what you might like to buy, to which I can offer my professional opinion.

I’ll also take a look through ALL the properties on the sales market and suggest a few that might make the most financial sense as an investment, along with an explanation as to how the numbers work.

I can even accompany you on viewings to help you understand what to look for, assess whether anything needs doing to get it up to standard and how to cost and implement those remedial works.

You see, here at CRJ Lettings in Chichester, that’s exactly what I love to do. I don’t just advertise for new properties and let them out; I go back a stage or two and look to work with potential landlords at the start of their buy-to-let journey, right through to the letting and on-going management of their new property.
