This is amongst the cheapest three bed houses currently available to buy in Chichester. It is a good sized home with two double bedrooms and a third smaller single bedroom. Downstairs it has a large living room, a modern kitchen and seperate dining room (I'd have preferred to have seen it as a kitchen / diner due to its size though).
The property is ready to rent, with a wonderful modern kitchen and bathroom and neutral decor throughout. It should do so for around £995pcm; its limiting factor being its location. It's in one of the less affluent areas of Chichester, although that means it's affordable as a family home and it is a popular area for renters as it's near to the hospital.
It also has a driveway alongside the semi-detached house and a great sized rear garden. All in all it is a great family home at the lower end of Chichester's housing market. The most recent three bedroom house on the street sold for £205,000 in December 2012, but that was a mid-terrace without the driveway and not in as nice condition, so a 27% premium in 4 years seems almost justified.
