This house could therefore provide a 4.3% rental return, which may not be as high as some yields I've highlighted, but its good size and value for money should mean it lets promptly. It's also in a very good condition and seemingly needs to no work prior to letting, except perhaps some minor decoration to 'neutralise' things.
