This really well presented flat has been on the market for about 6 weeks now, so I think a deal could be done to boost what is already a decent yield.

It would appeal to a wide range of tenants and being in top condition means they could move in straight away, minimising any void period you might otherwise encounter.

It's on with Sims Williams with an asking price of £157,500. It would rent pretty quickly at around £695pcm, generating a yield of 5.3% gross.

Be sure to check the length of lease and annual maintenance charges, which are normally pretty reasonable in these blocks.
