It's been a while since I featured one of the two bed starter houses over in Tangmere that make great buy-to-let investments.

Whilst this one priced at £200,000 could do with a new kitchen, it is in an otherwise great condition, with gas central heating and double glazing. It has two good sized bedrooms, although lacks the downstairs cloakroom some of the two bed houses in the area were built with (and a conservatory many have since added).

Rents for two bed houses in Tangmere seem to have creeped up in the past six months, so I'd expect this freehold house with a garage to achieve £825pcm, resulting in a yield of 5%.
